As you all know, I released my album a few weeks ago and this album is one that I am very excited about. It marks a time in my life where I am celebrating some very key things; the joy of seeing my daughter, Xaiya, grow and learn; and the love and support I have received from all of you, not just this past carnival season, but over the years. With the music industry being as tough as it is, your encouragement, love and prayers are often what push me along.

As I stated on my album, this has been a very experimental year of music for me. I’ve come into contact with so many different influences that have sparked my creativity in a positive way. From Pop and Dance to Reggae and Bollywood fusion! I wanted you to experience this journey with me. Music is food for the soul, so after listening to this my 8th album, I sincerely hope your musical palate is satisfied. If you have never experienced carnival or heard soca, I hope the variations presented here is enough to make you dance sing, wine, jump and wave! My only missions it to move you.
